Zsolt Majzik lost his sight at the age of fourteen, now he is in the middle of his twenties. At first he was moving with white stick until he decided to contact the Baráthegyi Guide Dog School for some help. Iram enjoys life and doesn’t want to be left out of anything. His trainer would like to include the yellow Labrador’s readiness of action into the guide dog training and use it to help. The first trainer of Iram passed away tragically, which was a traumatic experience for everyone.
The Baráthegyi Guide Dog School is looking for volunteers for their puppy education programme for the puppies of Iris, which starts in the middle of April. The candidates help to make a great base of education with love and caring in order to train the guide dogs of the future.
As we reported before, Iris gave birth to 10 beautiful puppies. But we haven’t written about Katalin Török Sándorné who nurses Iris. She earlier got her guide dog, Morris from us and then she felt that she can do something really great. And so she did!
