Ágnes Mészáros, vice president of the Central Hungarian Regional Association for Blind and Partially Sighted People likes helping others and she feels that she is in the right place to do that. Ágnes has been visually impaired since her birth, and her condition further deteriorated when she was a teenager.

Körte was born at out Foundation and she moved to our puppy raiser, Ágnes Birkás at her eight weeks of age. Now she is studying further at our trainer Mária Nyíriné Kovács so that later she can be a companion for a visually impaired person.

Lilla Plachy and her guide dog passed the road safety exam today. Lilla and Inga make a great pair, they could work together as real partners even in case of unexpected situations. Lilla and Inga were prepared for the exam by our trainer, Mónika Köbli.

We follow the life of our guide dogs from the time they are only puppies. The puppies are taken in by puppy raisers when they are only a few months old. The puppy raisers teach them the basics which will be very important during their training.
