Topáz

There’s a lot of good we can say about Topaz’s litter: they are consistent as a group — meaning they’re smart, beautiful, big, and calm. According to their caretaker, all of this together is an excellent foundation. And they even have a special trait: they are very “people-oriented.”

The future guide dogs are having a perfect puppyhood! Topáz’s puppies turned five weeks old this week, and not only have they quickly conquered the autumn garden, but they are already sleeping outside at night. When we visited them, they were tumbling around among the dewy leaves and occasionally disappearing into a huge tunnel.

Topaz’s puppies have just eaten their first solid food. According to the general rule, such additional feeding can be started at three weeks of their age, if there is not enough milk to keep them completely full.

Topaz’s litter with nine puppies is undoubtedly wonderfully uniform,
