This week, Azúr gifted us with four beautiful puppies. Everyone is doing well — the three males and one female are eating and sleeping peacefully. The mother dog is taking exemplary care of them.
Three of the puppies have darker coats, while the firstborn male has inherited Azúr’s light coloring. She keeps them spotless, giving them frequent and thorough cleanings.

Everything Follows a Perfect Choreography
The birth took place with the support of our professional lead, Piroska Komondi, and in the presence of Azúr’s owners, Sára Kovács and Gábor Zavarkó.
They are well-fed, they become round little snowballs, while a satisfied whine can be heard, and then they fall into a deep sleep. Then, as time passes, they get hungry again, the impatient whine comes, and then they calm down again and fall asleep. This rhythm, repeated every two hours, determines their everyday life. They are all adorable
said Sára Kovács.

Azúr is intentionally encouraging the puppies to move
The puppies are developing beautifully and have great appetites — all of them now weigh over 550 grams. The little female is the smallest, but only slightly behind the others. Azúr is recovering very well. She occasionally steps away from the litter to say hello, but quickly returns to her puppies.

Piroska Komondi made an interesting observation:
“Azúr seems to make a sport out of teaching the puppies how to move. Sometimes she shifts position while nursing, causing the puppies to roll away. Then, with impressive determination, they crawl back to find her again. It’s as if she’s training them — encouraging them to fight their way to her over and over.”
With love, we welcome our youngest hopes into the world!
Over the next 9 weeks, we’ll be sharing the best moments of Azúr’s puppies’ journey. For exclusive updates, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and YouTube.
